Room was nice, clean and tidy. There is also a convenient shop downstairs next to the entrance within the building itself. No issues on the ambience and vibes. They do have a washing machine facility too if you plan to stay longer and decide to do a bit of laundry. The only bad memory I had was having my JRPASS missing somewhere within the vicinity of the hotel. But that's just me and I'd gladly take the blame for that. Overall, thumbs up.

I rarely have a wonderful stay but everything about my experience with this hotel was great. It's quite new as of 2023 and the classical piano theme is unique and nice. I listened to the live Piano performance in the lobby one night and it was very nice. The staff was very courteous, kind and helpful and the rooms were nice. Beds are comfortable, good for stomach sleepers, back sleepers and slightly less good (but sleepable) for side sleepers. I highly recommend this hotel if you're considering hotels in the Sendai area.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with the good sized clean and comfortable rooms, with good quality amenities, for the comparatively small price. The daily drinks and snacks at the lobby gives just that extra sense of hospitality. The public on the top floor is well-maintained and fantastic for a good wash & soak. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Recommended.

It's a 6-minute walk from the station. The road is relatively easy to walk. The area around Sendai Station is very convenient. There are a lot of food shops and it's very lively. It's also convenient to take various trains. I like Sendai very much.

Pretty good hotel near central sendai, within walking distance of shops and the station. The kombini on the ground floor is extremely convenient, and their is a drugstore just across the road. The view from our room was very enjoyable and we were only on the 11th floor. Overall an excellent place to stay in sendai.

It's a bit of a walk from Sendai Station, but I occasionally stay at a clean hotel. Many rooms have windows facing east, and when the blackout curtains are open, a great deal of light from the morning sun comes in. This time, I was in a …
